  • Certificate download: Currently, SkillsUSA non-member educators cannot access student certificates. Students have access to their certificate(s) and can provide the certificate(s) to their educator.

  • Assessment retake(s): If a student needs to retake an assessment, please reach out to SkillsUSA’s Customer Care Team directly:

  • Proctor keys: Proctor keys (for assessments) are created by educators and can be changed at any time. Only one proctor key can be in use at any given time. If a proctor key needs to be changed, educators can do so by simply changing it in their Pathful account and providing it to students, as needed.
